Pricing questions, answered

Correct. Each plan has a fixed number of team members included — not a per-seat multiplier. The Advance plan includes 5 team members for $16/month total. Zendesk and Intercom charge $55-74 per seat per month. Five seats with them would cost $275-370/month. With Userscom it is $16.

A conversation is a single support thread started by a customer — whether via live chat or email. Multiple back-and-forth messages within the same thread count as one conversation. A thread only counts once regardless of how many replies it contains.

Yes. AI ticket organisation and AI draft replies are both included from the $8/month Starter plan. Intercom and Zendesk charge separately for AI features, often adding $50-100/month. Crisp only includes AI on its $95/month Unlimited plan. We built AI in from the start rather than bolting it on as an upsell.

You will get a notification before you reach the limit. Once you hit it, you can upgrade to the next plan with one click. Existing conversations remain open and readable — your team can continue replying to them. Only new conversations are paused until you upgrade.

Yes, two ways. First, the Free plan is free forever with no credit card required — 20 conversations, 1 team member, and the widget. Second, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can start a trial without entering payment details and upgrade when you are ready.

Yes. If you are not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Email support@userscom.com.

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.

Annual billing is coming soon. If you want to pay annually now and save, email us at support@userscom.com and we will sort it out manually.

The Paddle integration (both Paddle Billing and Paddle Classic) is included on all paid plans — Starter ($8/mo), Advance ($16/mo), and Pro ($30/mo). It is not available on the free plan. Once connected, all team members on your workspace can look up customers, view subscriptions and transactions, issue refunds, and cancel subscriptions directly from any support ticket.
